This digital archive and collection are managed by Marcus Aveling in Malmö, Sweden. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to The Caddie Archive. By engaging with this archive or purchasing from the collection, you agree to the following conditions.

Private Collection & Status

The Caddie Archive is currently operated as a private, curated collection of vintage golf apparel. It is not a registered commercial entity. All transactions are conducted between the collector and the buyer as private sales.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this site—including the "The Caddie Archive" logo, editorial photography, and written copy—is the property of the archive owner and is protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Accuracy of Information

Governing Law

These notices and any private sales agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malmö.
