Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping (Sweden)

We offer tracked shipping within Sweden via PostNord or DHL.

• Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 business days.

• Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days.

• Malmö Local Pickup: Can be arranged by appointment only, reach out to us on Instagram for this option.

2. International Shipping

We ship to most global destinations. Delivery times vary by region.

• Europe: 4 to 7 business days.

• North America: 7 to 12 business days.

• Rest of World: 10 to 15 business days.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed and packaged within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that during high-volume periods or new collection drops, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your garment is in transit.

4. Duties and Taxes

For orders placed outside of the European Union, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These costs are determined by the destination country and are not included in our shipping rates. The Caddie Archive cannot predict these charges and will not refund orders due to unpaid customs fees.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we ensure every item is securely packed, The Caddie Archive is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier. We recommend selecting a tracked and insured shipping method at checkout for peace of mind.

7. Returns

As stated in our Terms of Service, shipping costs for any approved exceptional returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
